By accessing or using the Planica platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform or services.
2. Description of Service
Planica provides a unified event quotation platform acting as a middle-layer between clients and curated event vendors. We facilitate the creation of job briefs, match them with vendors, and present a single, consolidated price to the user.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors registered on Planica agree to provide accurate service descriptions, honor the pre-negotiated pricing models, and maintain a high standard of professionalism. Planica reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that fail to meet quality standards or violate our policies.
5. Platform Fee
Planica charges a platform service fee that is included in the unified quotation provided to the client. This fee covers our curation, matching algorithms, and platform maintenance. Individual vendor markups are hidden to ensure a seamless client experience.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of unified quotes or direct bookings are subject to the specific terms outlined in your final event contract. Planica platform fees are non-refundable once an event is confirmed and deposits are paid.
7. Limitation of Liability
Planica acts as a platform to connect clients with vendors. We are not directly responsible for the execution of vendor services. In no event shall Planica be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
